Prices are per day for room.

The rates include:
breakfast, use of kitchen, use of garden, wi-fi, linen, hairdryer

Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00; a late check-in can be made upon request and prior arrangement with the house. It is required to send an e-mail confirmation with the indication of the time of arrival in the house, to allow Sara to prepare in time and give you a better service.

Check-out can be made from 8:00 to 10:30.

Late check-out, if not included in the booking, must be agreed with Sara and will incur an additional cost of 50% of the room cost.

Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival without any charge and refund by us of the advance.

Cancellation made within 7 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show penalty equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay.

Early departure: full amount charged for the stay.

Supplements are not included in the total amount and must be paid separately during your stay.

The tourist tax is payable separately on arrival at the property and amounts to 1,50 euro per person per day.

A dedicated Wi-Fi connection is available free of charge both in the rooms and in public areas.

Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
